Bright Horizons is now hiring a Lead Educator to work with Toddlers at Bright Horizons at Mass Ave.

  • Full time

  • Competitive pay range of $26.50 - $30.20 per hour based on years of experience and education

As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:

  • Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.

  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.

  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field or CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's required

  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required

  • Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

  • Infant-Toddler state certification required
